Values less then zero should be shown with a minus sign on Grid Scale. #1571

  1. Launch Application.

  2. Create a New Project.

    --Result: On Grid Scale, the values less then zero are not shown with negative sign. --Expected Result: On Grid Scale, the values less then zero should be shown with negative sign.
