Stage color: allow custom color

Currently "Stage Color" allows only 5 colors, none of them very satisfying

Black (full black, too dark) White (full white, too bright) Gray (okay but same as regular background, impossible to see CCB content borders) Orange (too bright, yuk) Green (too bright, yuk)

Would be great to have a "custom color" option, or at least a greater variety of gray:

• light gray (brighter than regular bg)
• dark gray (darker than regular bg)
• darkest gray (darker than dark gray)
