Allow User to Change the Default External Image Editor #680

Please allow me to change the default image editor to GIMP or anything else. Right now when I right click an image, select "Edit in External Editor" Preview opens the image. That does not help at all. And I don't want to change my MAC's default image program since I really do want Preview to be the default MAC app for previewing images. Allowing me to select Photoshop/GIMP/etc. as the image editor and allowing for extra command line parameters would speed up development.

Sure this had already been mentioned however, agreed. I think behaviour should be like finder, shows up the other installed applications that are registered to handle images.
