bmFont and Case-Sensitive formatted drives #685

It seems SB is crashing on Case-Sensitive formatted drives when a bitmap font spelled other than ".bmFont". For example "bmfont" would crash. On non Case-Sensitive formatted drives this is not happening.

I'v got the same issue with the latest sprite builder and bmglyph.

@mattcn Can you tell me what bmglyph version you are using and what files it is producing, I am most interested in the way bmfont is spelled.

I am using version 2.0.2. It seems more likely a bug from sprite builder when the name is spelled as xxx.bmfont.
