Test if gap at bottom of main navigation appears on super large screen.

This PR solved this issue however we maybe need to use a vh unit for the padding at the top of the footer if this gap does appear on super marge screens. Leav the fix to me but just let me know if it appears or not.

Gap still appears on my large additional screen.

• To make it appear I clicked Work->Stuff->Back->Close and then scrolled to bottom of page.
• If the gap didn't appear if I decreased the width of the page a little then went back to ful screen width the gap had returned.
