Chinese translation of the latest, before is wrong

@xinmate have you seen the project on Transifex? https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/php-calendar/language/zh/ I think should be better to update there the translation...

There are two copies of the file in this file. Please see the link from sabas. You can upload the file there. You probably need to cut the old version off the end first. I'm closing this because I won't pull it in the current state.
