Mainly fixed message reference problem (function __() missing) for i18n and permission problem caused by redirected page without the argument of current 'phpcid', which occurs when the user is and just is the admin of the calendar that is not the first one. Finally we found that there is still NO page to maintain our user groups...the permission problem for categories visible may not be noticed anyway.

Uhm the groups were born to handle visibility, @sproctor was working on categories..
