Install creates config file on failure #97

When I fill in something wrong during the database setup for a first install it's always creating the config file. If I then try to correct this error it's trying again with the old settings because it already saved it.

As a work-around, you can delete the config file. I'll get this fixed by 2.1.

The install process is completely changed for v3, closing this issue.
