Asynchronous Proxy + Multiple Set-Cookie Support

Rewritten to make the proxy non-blocking. Probably needs some real-world hardening.

should be faster
able to proxy long-polling requests (set :timeout => long_time in the Buildfile to prevent timing out on long-poll requests)
cookies were being concatenated with ','s which are difficult for user-agents to parse or are dropped (consider a cookie with date=june 01, 2011). Switched to an array of cookies for Ruby 1.8 and newline separated cookies for Ruby 1.9. Looking forward to getting this in. Though you're right, it should have some real world testing first.
