Much of this pull was merged from paulitex's fork. SHA 51d47409

As requested by tomdale on pull request 31 ( https://github.com/sproutcore/abbot/pull/31 ), I removed the gem spec dependency for nokogiri and added run time checking instead.

Additionally I fixed an issue with module URL paths that existed in the original implementation.
