What is the license for this website? I love the theme and would be interested in porting it over to DocPad

Anyone know what the license is? I see SproutCore itself is MIT, and I saw that the guides are Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 License, but I don't know if that applies to the design. Answers?
