[x] Prompt to authorize social media on login
[ ] Prompt during product request (if they haven't already)
[ ] Expand and display "why connect" copy when users click on "Learn more" (or perhaps in a popover)
[ ] Show how many outreaches the user contributes when they connect to a social media channel
