After profile image upload old image is still used #494

1) once I change the photo, the post still shows the old photo. 2) one user signs up with twitter and then uploads a photo to his profile. It uses the cloudfront link in the profile banner but in post avatar, it still uses twitter profile photo UR

probably just need to clear cache after upload
