Rename repo to cacao-zcap-rs #14

Specification and context file to be moved out in a separate repository.

Repo has been renamed from cacao-zcap to cacao-zcap-rs. cacao-zcap is now a new repo, with index.html and contexts/v1.json copied from this repo. Next is to update the readmes to reflect this change, and remove the copies from this repo.
