Call for maintainers #34

At SpruceID we are not using did:tz any more, which explains the lack of activity.

Considering there seems to be external interest in continuing work on the specifications, we would like to offer to transfer the maintenance of did:tz to an interested party.

As it was never formally submitted anywhere, we believe the transition can be a simple matter of archiving this repo with a link to the elected fork. We have not considered how we would chose in case multiple parties were interested, but let's see if anyone is interested in the first place.

Update: I have braught this to attention in the Tezos Gitlab and responsible people have been assigned: https://gitlab.com/tezos/tezos/-/issues/7062
