Issue with signing up - Something went wrong #12

Glad to see Discourse seeing some web3 action! Seems like I am receiving an error on the first step though - upon signing up and entering in a valid email, an error occurs:

Something went wrong, perhaps the username or email is already registered. Try the forgot password link.

Note: neither the username or email are registered on the board.

We couldn't reproduce the error yet. Can you provide us the steps needed to reproduce the error?

Moving to close this for now, will re-open if issue persists - may have been local to the instance.
