Looking to get PR approved #546

Hello,

I have created this PR for consideration.

My questions are:

  1. What's the timeframe for PRs to be reviewed typically?
  2. The license/cla check on my PR seems to be stuck, even though I went in and filled in my information/ clicked "Agree" a few times. Is there a problem here, or does it stay that way until the PR itself is approved?

It's best effort for the time being.

Your commits on your PR don't seem to be linked to your account. Did you make sure to add the email address used in thos commits to your Github account?
