chore(contexts): update did-configuration to latest version #547

Update did-configuration context to latest version from https://github.com/decentralized-identity/.well-known/blob/master/did-configuration/v1/index.json / https://identity.foundation/.well-known/did-configuration/v1

I also added the URL to the update script.

We currently have a big refactor coming (#508) which is currently blocking all PRs. So after that is merged this PR will need to be rebased, and in my opinion it will need to keep the v0 version of the context instead of replacing it.
