Most of the python code is generated, our business logic is in on_update.py and on_origination.py.

Close #97 Close #69 (not by implementing a cache but with a new indexer service)

Took a look at this to anticipate if there would be any conflicts with feat/generalize-claims, which there won't be.

This PR looks good to me on the whole.
