1 - People want to know the optimal time for eating/working out. An endpoint that takes in eating + workout hours and tracks it with progression could show the user their own personal most beneficial eating+working out time combination. Or, you could use scientific documentation to inform the users of when to workout/eat. This could be especially useful for timing which macros the user is eating.
2- There should be a system in place for when a user doesn't input any information. If a day is logged with just eating a banana, a notification should be sent asking if this is accurate. There should be a procedure in place, whether it be to take the mean of previous days, ignore and treat as normal, treat as an NA in the dataset, etc.
