Add table for preseason data

I still need to put this together, just wanted to float the idea. It would be a few years of data (maybe 5-10, then adding new years going forward).

Interesting. What type of sources do you have for this even? The ESPN top250 for recruits? What about returning players?

Really I'm about 1% of my way into this so it's all fluid now. I was thinking ESPN for recruits (a composite source would probably be better except it could change from year to year - I'd rather be consistent).

Most other things are coming from Phil Steele's site (which is a god awful site btw). It has returning starters, and a lot of breakdowns like yards returning, # of each class returning, etc.

Alright, I'm ready for you to create a preseason table, and I have 5 years of data ready to upload (other years are missing some data in the games table so we'll need to backfill those).

Here's a brief overview of the fields I'm using so far for:

Number of starters returned from last year
Whether the head coach returned
Whether the starting QB returned
% of lettermen returned
% of yards returned (i.e. of all the yards the team gained last year, how many are accounted for by returning players)
% of tackles returned
Number of career starts by returning O linemen
Last year's win %
Last year's strength of schedule (basically average # of wins by that team's opponents and opponents' opponents -- weighted more towards opponents)
Last year's turnovers (giveaways). The idea is that teams with an abnormally high or low number will regress towards the mean the next year, which will affect game results -- i.e. they got (un)lucky last year with their turnovers.

If you have other ideas of metrics we could use let me know! And feel free to rename columns, add a key, whatever.
