Add hyperlinks to leagues/teams on site #41

Anywhere it has a user/team/league name it could link to fleaflicker.

Done for leagues and teams standings.html -- needs to be done for leaders.html.

Don't need to do users because I want those to link to an roldtimehockey profile page that from there can link to FF/reddit accounts.
