Website standings page doesn't break ties correctly #51

Going to be difficult with H2H, so this might be a won't-fix. If we switch to PF as the only tiebreaker it will be correct.

We switched to PF as the tiebreaker, so this is correct now. Won't-Fix for older seasons.
