I believe this is because the inactive scan goes off on Mondays and !inactives can check it live.

I also want to add something that reports anyone with a CR under 85% for investigation/pings.

Changing this to a large scale revamp. Desired workflow of the top of my head:

once a week (Saturday morning?) grab all of the "Take Over", inactive, and CR% < 85 teams and post to discord. Would like these to be grouped by division and include links in Discord.

Now at least it looks at "last seen" for the last 7 days. Last Lineup Change not exposed in API sadly.
