Fix `step_hyperbolic()` bug #273

Hello there, healthyR.ai folks! 👋

We fixed a bug 🐛 in step_hyperbolic() in tidymodels/recipes#932 and this PR updates healthyR.ai to reflect that fix. The update requires the development version of recipes for now. We are planning for a recipes release in the next month; as this PR stands now, recipes will need to go to CRAN first, and then healthyR.ai will need to go to CRAN.

I also fixed a link in another function's documentation that was (I believe) incorrectly pointing to step_hyperbolic().
