tried using springseed with dropbox sync in the past, but the way springseed stores the notes didn't work well with android clients that used dropbox sync.
so i'm back on simplenote with nvpy, which is very clunky under ubuntu.
having a functional note application (national velocity alternative) would be super sweet.
