Popup appears when a new note is created with no notebook selected #184

Added functionality so that if a user tries to create a new note without selecting any notebook, a popup appears and says what to do.

Changes:

I thought the new popup shouldn't contain a red border as it is not a "dangerous" thing to click on a new note button. So I made some changes to new.scss to change the appearance of the popup.
Changes in index.html create a new DOM element to display the poup. That's it.

So I think we can close #152 now. :smile:
