Can we make this one unified prompt? putting all 4 fields on the same one when 
displayed at startup, but still have the individual variants available form the 
menu. This means you need to copy the quick connect call for logon into this 
join panel's action listener.

I didn't implement the one dialog box, but just called the code from the two 
action listeners to the building of the gui. The method for the one box is 
still there, but I wasn't able to get it working. I have committed the changes.
