rename people/person to speakers/speaker #8

I'm not 100% sure this is the right change to make. An entity may not necessarily speak in the scriptures, but we might want to create a profile page for them anyway.

Maybe we change it to "entity" instead so that we can support groups of people as well as individuals? We can call that entity a "speaker", "person", or "group" of people depending on how it is displayed to the end user.

Chose to standardize on "people" and "person" because they'll be linked in other ways. They're not just speakers, they're people who happen to be speaking.

In some cases, a "person" is actually a group of people.
