running elk container using simplest example from documentation page: sudo docker run -p 5601:5601 -p 9200:9200 -p 5044:5044 -it --name elk sebp/elk leads to failure because "Couldn't start Elasticsearch. Exiting."

Couldn't start Elasticsearch. Exiting.
Elasticsearch log follows below.
cat: /var/log/elasticsearch/elasticsearch.log: No such file or directory

It doesn't matter if run with sudo or using sebp/elk:latest It looks like it is failing for all versions starting sebp/elk:7.11.0

Probably not enough memory to start (see https://elk-docker.readthedocs.io/#es-not-starting-not-enough-memory) or not enough time to start (see https://elk-docker.readthedocs.io/#issues-misc).
