Refactored input file structure including the new tours.json file
Created new Tour entity and added / modified associated logic for reading from inputs and handling train traversal
Added some error checking, e.g. ensure that two adjoining routes in the same tour share the same end/start component at their transition point
Updated the Line 4 example with the input data JSON files in the new structure, generated from the latest TTC GTFS effective 2023-02-12 (converted service blocks as identified by block_id to tours)
