mtu fix #103

While working thru this training I ran into an issue wherein I could not pull the image while completing the "Docker with Ansible" section. Tested MTU change mentioned in https://github.com/moby/moby/issues/39223 and confirmed it fixed the issue.

I also ran into this issue and this fix resolved it. Would be good to merge this.
