Using Navigator - on MacOSX 64-bit, in a Python3 environment that did not have anaconda installed. I searched for anaconda with the "not installed" dropdown. The only version of anaconda available was v2.5 - even though many previous versions are available - and a newer version 4.0 is available.
After installing anaconda into the python3.5 environment - I checked and it would allow me to downgrade to a number of different versions - but did not have the option to upgrade to 4.0. v4.0 wasn't listed anywhere. I also then checked my root 2.7 environment - it already had Anaconda installed - but also did not have the option to upgrade to 4.0. The latest version in the root environment was also 2.5.
This version of Navigator was installed with the Anaconda 4.0 installer - though the anaconda version had been changed to custom in the root environment because I had installed nbpresent.
Checking http://repo.continuum.io/pkgs/free/osx-64/ & http://repo.continuum.io/pkgs/free/osx-64/repodata.json - anaconda 4.0 is listed in both places.
I quit and restarted Navigator and the issue remained.
