Clarified where the environment installed path comes from.

I spent quite some time understanding that I should not select the python binary in the miniconda directory, but in the environment directory.

This is definitely an issue we want to fix; it was actually already raised in #340 , and should already be addressed in the much more comprehensive #346 . Would you mind taking a look at that PR and letting us know if you have any further feedback there? Thanks!
