Ctrl + Tab sometimes doesn't switch tabs, instead opens up list of open tabs

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I think depending on how quick I press Ctrl + Tab, sometimes instead of switching between tabs, Spyder gets stuck in the small window showing open tabs. I wonder if this is expected behaviour.
