There is no way to override shortcut `Shift + Home/End` to any other combination

Problem Description

The combination Shift + Alt + Right/Left I need selects from the current cursor position to the beginning / end of the line, as in Jupyter, but this function is performed by shift+home/end in Spyder.

I just don't have this item in the list of keyboard shortcuts for change.

What steps reproduce the problem?
