What steps will reproduce the problem?

cannot open pandas.DataFrame in variable explorer

Hey @dobby-get-sock, thanks for reporting. This is a duplicate of issue #17253 and we'll try to fix it in our next version.

In the meantime, please use Pandas 1.3.5
