pyimage issue preventing launch #21773

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

started coding a new tkinter window as a dropdown on the main gui for text editing and then it started doing this with pyimage1 doesnt exist and i guess its garbage collected before launch or something to ddo with the canvas widget but nothing is fixing the image its like the code is telling me im not allowed to do this addidtion

Hey @ISOSIRIS, thanks for reporting. According to the information you posted about your environment, you installed Spyder and several other packages with pip in your Anaconda installation. Unfortunately, that's really bad because pip and conda packages are binary incompatible and mixing them can lead to this kind of errors.

Please see our video on the topic, which also explains how to fix it and use pip packages not available in Anaconda.

If the problem persists after that, then open a new issue about it.
