I tried to downgrade Tensorflow and Python for using SHAP

Hey @minchem99, thanks for reporting. It seems you're using a very old version of Spyder (Spyder 3), which is not supported anymore.

Pleas update by following the instructions in our installation guide. This will most probably require to uninstall your current Anaconda version and install the latest one instead.
