Error when starting SPYDER

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Just opening up and connecting the kernel causes this error: An error ocurred while starting the kernel /opt/miniconda3/envs/spyder‑env/lib/python3.12/site‑packages/transformers/generation/configuration_utils.py:515: UserWarning: do_sample is set to False.
