Spyder Update Issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Trying to update spyder. I am currently using Spyder 5.5.1. When I click on the Update option on the update window, the error "Spyder has encountered an internal problem" comes up.

Hey @mehrdadmemar, thanks for reporting. You need to manually update Spyder to fix this issue.

To do that, please close Spyder, open the Anaconda Prompt, run there

conda install spyder=6

and then start Spyder again.
