running in background #23092

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I guess this was a network error. Made a pause in spyder and switched applications. Spyder was in the background, running a remote console to my home computer. Spyder suddently popped up this error report window. As no programa was being executed at the time, I gues it tried to update files and could not connect, but I dont know. Installed version 6 a few hour ago, used to run Spyder 5.5

Hey @python-unsam, thanks for reporting. It seems, as you said, that perhaps a network disconnect occurred at some point, and then this problem appeared.

@hlouzada, could you take a look at this? The error happened in the RemoteClientContainer._request_kernel_info method.
