Spyder should show all projects created by users #5824

Not a problem per-se, but is there any way of going up a level in project explorer to see all of the available projects? At the moment, the assumption appears to be that the user can just remember all of the different potential projects, or has used them recently enough for them to be on the list in the projects menu.

On the other hand I could be being stupid and missing the obvious.

Can anyone help?

Thanks for reporting. This is a very interesting usability problem and something we definitely haven't considered before.

How many projects are handling?

At least 3 or 4. I'm working on a PhD and I'll need one for my thesis, and probably one per paper I'm working on. I'll almost certainly pull in overlapping resources from lots of different places, but having earmarked workspaces would be a huge help

Problem is that I typically don't go back to projects very often, when complete, so I forget all of the meta info, like what I called it and where all my resources came from...
