Add approved empty panes illustrations #51

Related to #11, this PR provides PNG and SVG options so the team can begin testing empty pane feedback implementation.

Right now, this PR includes all panes on #11's to-do list except for Breakpoints because a decision has not been made for the last two versions of that illustration.

Shown as PNGs, this PR includes:

code-analysis code-profiler find plots projects variable-explorer
