Integrate with DevDocs #66

DevDocs (Github) is a project operated by FreeCodeCamp and supports most documentation sources a programmer may desire. Language specs, Frameworks, Shells and CLI tools etc. It would be great to either add a lens for it or maybe built upon their code and provide separate lenses for each topic supported by them.

I was going to ask for a few more dev-oriented options, but supporting devdocs would do all of them.
