Issues and improvements:

1. If you check one or more jobs from the list of jobs, then select an action 
like "Suspend", nothing happens.  The only way to suspend a job is to click on 
the job and then click "Suspend" in the job page.

2. Would be useful to sort the Job List on User Name and perhaps some of the 
other fields.  Currently, can only sort on "Last Modified".

3. If logged in as an administrator, and then click on a job, would be useful 
to see the username of that job.

4. When looking at a specific job, would be useful to click "next" and "back" 
to get to the next or previous job in the list.

When a job is archived, change its status to "Archived".  Otherwise, there is 
no way of knowing it is archived.
