Improve documentation/help messaging #30

Main change: say explicitly that the PWM command requires the "save" command to take effect, because I wasted so long trying to debug why it wasn't working.

Some settings require the device to be rebooted\r\n" "in order to behave correctly" "Always use \"save\" to save and reboot" was added in v2.0.0. I believe it is more clear now.
