fix: outdated sqfmi/Watchy version #53

Updated version of sqfmi/Watchy to most recent and added comment to ensure people seek out the most current version.

The community on discord was curious if you all could just remove the @ $version so it always gets the most recent version. If you would like this to be explicit than could you approve this PR so it is more explicit?

Thanks! I think we can remove the version number, it was once there because the latest release at the time was broken, but the bugs have since been fixed.
