Added hardware support for BLE #5

Added connection from RTC 32k output to IO32 of ESP32
Changed Button 3 from IO32 to IO34

The routing is not the best, but seems to do it's job, maybe someone of the main devs should take a look regarding pin-mapping of BTN3 and HF-interference of the 32kHz line.

Did a mistake, RTC has to be connected to 32K_XN not XP reffering to ESP32 HW design guidlines
