smarthosts不可用，出现大量403 #733

出了什么问题？问题出现时有错误提示么？有的话请附上
大量403，developer.google.com group.google.com 等等很多域都403
上次GAE的服务端也是403 使用GAE的时候大量出现403

您的ISP名称（例如北京联通）？
教育网 北京联通

hosts的更新日期是什么时候？
2013-07-07 目前最新版

您知道经过什么样的步骤能解决这个问题么？
自行注释掉developer.google.com group.google.com，依然403
